Adhesive Filling Machine
Flowmatics Adhesive Filling Machine consists of a weighing platform, a filling valve assembly consisting of pneumatically operated and manual valves, valves supporting structure, flameproof electronic controller with keyboard and necessary product pumping arrangements. They are designed for filling viscous liquids.
The electronic filling controller and all electrical terminals are housed in flameproof enclosures that enable the machine to be operated in hazardous environments. The weighing platform is mounted on a loadcell that senses the weight during filling and sends the signal to the filling controller. The platform is made height adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of containers. Roller platforms are also provided for easy conveying of filled containers.

Operation
Enter the required filling quantity through the keyboard of the control panel and place the container for filling on the weighing platform. The dual stage filling valve assembly operates in "coarse" and "fine" feed. While achieving the set weight, the filling gets cut off automatically as per the set parameters. Remove the filled container and replace it with a new one.
