Barrel / Drum Filling Machine
Flowmatics Barrel Filling Machine consists of a filling controller, weighing platform and a dual stage filling valve. The filling controller is microprocessor based with a fast sampling ADC. The weighing platform is mounted on a loadcell that senses the weight during filling and sends the signal to the filling controller.
The dual stage filling valve is pneumatically operated in "coarse" and "fine" modes to achieve the required accuracy. The barrel filling machine is provided with an additional roller ramp (optional) for easy placement and removal of barrels from the weighing platform.

Operation
After entering the required parameters through the keyboard, the barrel to be filled is placed on the weighing platform. Press the "start" button on the local control panel to start the filling operation. The filling commences in "coarse" mode with the liquid pumped through the filling valve assembly, then switches over to "fine" mode with the pump getting switched off and finally to "super fine" mode to achieve the accurate set weight. The filling gets cut off automatically as per the set parameters.
