Diesel Filling Machine

Flowmatics Diesel Filling Machines are used in Automobile/Truck manufacturing industries for filling diesel into the fuel tanks of vehicles during assembly. The volumetric Diesel Dispensers consist of a positive displacement flowmeter to accurately measure and dispense the required quantity of diesel into the fuel tank.

A gear pump driven by flameproof induction motor, pumps the diesel into the fuel tank from the storage facility through pneumatically operated valves and the flowmeter. The Diesel Dispenser is provided with audio-visual signals to indicate filling as well as completion of the filling cycle. A microcontroller based electronic control panel that has a flexible keyboard for setting the required filling quantity monitors the operation of the Diesel Filling Machine.

Operation

Select the required quantity and press the start button on the control panel to start the filling operation. A rotary gear pump driven by flameproof induction motor, pumps the diesel into the fuel tank from the storage facility through pneumatically operated valves and a positive displacement flowmeter. A suction filter of 149 microns is provided at the inlet of the Diesel Dispenser to filter the diesel of any foreign particles from entering into the system. The filling gets cut off automatically when the set quantity is achieved.
