Dual Nozzle Bottle Filling Machine
Flowmatics Dual Nozzle Bottle Filling Machine is a PLC controlled, loadcell based filling system, designed to fill two bottles simultaneously. The system consists of two weighing platforms, two filling valves, valves supporting structures and PLC based electronic controller with keyboard. These machines ensure accurate and hygienic filling.
The filling valve is of SS 304 construction and easily detachable for cleaning purposes after each batch of filling. The dual stage filling valve is pneumatically operated in "coarse" and "fine" modes to achieve the required accuracy.

Operation
The weighing platforms are mounted on loadcells that senses the weight during filling. While filling, the loadcells provide continuous output to the filling controller to control the valves at the required value. The dual stage pneumatic valves operate in "coarse" and "fine" mode as per the set values in the filling controller. The PLC based filling controller displays the filling quantity, set quantity and cumulative quantity of each platform one after the other. The filling controller consists of electrical, electronic and pneumatic circuits to control the filling valve as per the load cell outputs and set values.
The control panel is having a keyboard through which the set quantities for both the platforms are entered. The operator places the bottle on the filling platforms and gives the start command by pressing the respective push buttons. The two filling stations are independently operating and the operator keeps on placing the bottle, as the filling platform gets vacant. The PLC based control panel monitors the filling operation of the two platforms independently and gives necessary signals to the respective valves. The filling gets cut off automatically as per the set values. Necessary audio-visual signals are provided for the operator to remove the bottles as on when the filling is completed.
