Ketchup / Jam Filling Machine
Flowmatics Ketchup/Jam Filling Machine is primarily designed to fill hot jam, ketchup, squash, fruit pulp/crush etc. The system is of SS 304 construction and consists of a weighing platform, filling controller and a dual stage pneumatically operated valve. The weighing platform is mounted on the load cell to sense the weight during filling. While filling, the load cell gives continuous output to the filling controller to control the valve at the required set level.
The dual stage pneumatic valve operates in "coarse" and "fine" mode as per the set values in the filling controller. The filling controller is having a keyboard of 2 x 3, matrix to set various parameters. The controller is having a seven-segment LED display to indicate the filled quantity and other parameters. The filling controller consists of electrical, electronic and pneumatic circuits to control the filling valve as per the load cell output and set values.
A start button is provided on the control panel to press and start the filling operation. The filling gets cut off automatically as per the set values.
