Flowmatics Automatic Filling Machines can be used for filling edible oil, lube oil, chemicals and other free flowing liquids in CAN / TINS. This filling machine consists of a weighing platform, electronic filling controller and pneumatically operated dual stage valve. These machines ensure accurate and hygienic filling.

Operation
The Flowmatics Filling Machine mainly consists of a weighing pan, filling controller and a dual stage pneumatically operated valve.
The Filling Controller is a micro-controller based control circuit. The weighing platform is mounted on a loadcell that senses the weight during filling. While filling, the loadcell provides continuous output to the filling controller to control the valve at the required value.
The dual stage pneumatic valve operates in "coarse", "fine" and "dribble (or restart) "modes as per the set parameters made in the filling controller. The filling valve is a stainless steel valve and it is coupled with pneumatic cylinders in series to have coarse and fine opening.
The filling controller consists of: -
- A keyboard of 4 x 4 matrix keys (2 x 3 in the case of Economy model) to set various parameters.
- A Control Panel with Emergency Off, Start - Stop push buttons.
- An Auto / Manual Selector switch.
- A seven-segment LED display to indicate the filling quantity and other parameters.
- Electrical, electronic and pneumatic circuits to control the filling valve as per the loadcell output and set values.
The liquid stored in an overhead tank or a pumping line is directly connected to the inlet of the filling valve. Enter the filling quantity and other parameters through the keyboard. After entering the required parameters, place the container to be filled on the weighing platform and press the "start" button provided on the control panel to start the filling operation. The filling gets cut off automatically as per the set parameters.
