Liquid Nitrous Oxide Filling System
Flowmatics Liquid Nitrous Oxide Filling System is designed to fill liquid Nitrous Oxide into cylinders by weight. The filling system consists of a cylinder-suspending frame with loadcells and mounting arrangements, a SS 304 water tub and electronic controllers. The filling station can accommodate three cylinders at a time. The supply of liquid Nitrous Oxide to the cylinders is done from a main source cylinder or from a storage tank. The miniature cylinders that are immersed in cold water in the tub can be filled in gross or net mode.
The Liquid Nitrous Oxide Filling System is having three independent electronic controllers to monitor the filling of each of the three cylinders. The miniature cylinders are suspended from loadcells that accurately sense the quantity of filling and give necessary feedback to the electronic controller. The pneumatically operated control valve closes the supply line on achieving the set quantity for the respective cylinders.

Operation
The cylinders are connected to the inlet line after setting the required quantity in the control panels. On pressing the "start" buttons of each of the control panels, the filling commences in each cylinder and completes as per the set quantity. Audio-visual indicators are provided in the system to indicate the status of filling. Manual exhaust facility is provided for Liquid Nitrous Oxide Filling System to vent the residual gas before commencing the filling operation.
