Paint / Solvent Filling Machine
Flowmatics Automatic Paint/Solvent Filling Machines are used for filling paints and solvents in CANS / TINS. The electronic filling controller and all electrical terminals are housed in flameproof enclosures that enable the machine to be operated in hazardous environments. The weighing platform is mounted on a loadcell that senses the weight during filling and sends the signal to the filling controller. The platform is made height adjustable to accommodate a wide variety of containers. Roller platforms are also provided for easy conveying of filled containers.
The Paint/Solvent Filling Machines are available in two models-Standard Model and T-Model.

The Standard Model is suitable for fast filling of higher quantity of paints and solvents. In this system, the paint/solvent stored in an overhead tank is pumped through a filling valve by means of a diaphragm pump for fast filling operation. The material gets filled into the containers as per the set parameters.
The filling valve is of SS 304 construction and easily detachable for cleaning purposes after each batch of filling. The dual stage filling valve is pneumatically operated in "coarse" and "fine" modes to achieve the required accuracy.
The T-Model is best suited for accurate filling of smaller quantities of paints and solvents. This system consists of an intermediate storage tub in which the level is maintained for uniform discharge of material. A pneumatically operated float valve maintains the level of material in the tub. The tub has a dual stage filling valve that is pneumatically operated in "coarse" and "fine" modes to achieve the required accuracy.

Operation
Enter the filling quantity and other parameters through the keyboard. After entering the required parameters, place the container to be filled on the weighing platform and press the "start" button provided on the control panel to start the filling operation. The filling gets cut off automatically as per the set parameters.
In the Standard Model, the filling commences in "coarse" mode with the liquid pumped through the filling valve assembly, then switches over to "fine" mode with the pump getting switched off and finally to "super fine " mode to achieve the accurate set weight. In the T-Model, the dual stage filling valve provided on the tub is pneumatically operated in "coarse" and "fine" modes to achieve the required accuracy.
