Resin Filling Machine
Flowmatics Resin Filling Machine consists of a weighing platform on an adjustable pedestal, intermediate storage tank fitted with filling valve, pneumatic inlet valve operating with automatic level sensor, heating arrangement for the intermediate tank and an electronic / electrical control panel.
The hot resin from the main storage tank will be pumped into the intermediate tank of the filling system. The pneumatically operated inlet valve and the level sensor maintain a constant level in this tank.
The resin is filled into the cans by operating plunger valve. The plunger valve operates in "coarse" and "fine" feed to achieve the required accuracy. The cans will be placed on the weighing platform mounted on a loadcell that continuously monitors the quantity of filling. The electronic controller is having a keyboard to set the required quantity. The filling will be cut off once the set weight is achieved.
A band heater with thermostat arrangement is provided to maintain the resin temperature in the intermediate storage tank. Necessary temperature insulations are also provided for the intermediate tank
